IMPLEMENTATION

Simple, fast and efficient

Implementation of Flat Tax Fiscalization on a national or regional level

Database

First step is to issue Smart TAX cards to taxpayers and tax collectors which are then documented in the central tax authority database.

Taxes

Taxes are defined by the central tax authority and assigned to individual tax payers directly in the central database with only a couple of clicks.

Regions

Taxpayers are divided into geographic regions and each tax collector is assigned to one or more regions depending on the amount to be collected.

Calendar

Tax data is input into the fiscal calendar and automatic notifications are set up for each taxpayer and tax collector.

Collection

Tax collectors receive regular notifications for taxes due to their devices and proceed with the process of tax collection accordingly.

TAX COLLECTION

How taxes are collected directly in the field

Automated taxation system leads to significant increase of the tax base and revenue

IDENTIFICATION

Tax collector identifies each individual taxpayer in a certain region using the Smart Tax card or fingerprint to get information on taxes due for that specific taxpayer, or to input the taxpayer into the central database in case he is not yet included in the tax census.

PAYMENT

Depending on the data provided by the central server after the identification process is complete, the tax collector proceeds with the collection process and receives the payment from the taxpayer before documenting it in the mobile device.

RECEIPT

After a successful payment, data is sent to the central servers and a receipt is issued to the taxpayer containing a unique identification key and QR code for that transaction, which serve as verification and proof of payment in case the taxpayer is audited.

CASHIER

After the tax collector receives payments from the taxpayers, the funds are taken to the authorized cashier who documents them for the central tax authority thus completing the tax collection process. The data is securely stored on the central servers.
